Dried Floral Wreaths
Workshop Fee: $144.00
In this workshop, students will learn about growing, drying and creating one of a kind dried floral wreaths. The workshop will begin with a garden walk where we will discuss harvesting flowers for drying, sourcing materials for wreath bases, and techniques for preserving and drying flowers.
Students will create their own wreath base using willow or grapevine, and create dried floral wreaths using the flowers, grasses, and materials provided.
If time allows, students will also be encouraged to create a mini-wreath or dried floral crown using similar techniques learned earlier in the day.
This workshop is designed for beginning wreath makers and will include a dried flower resource guide for each student to take home.
