
Taylor Boden
Taylor Boden (she/her) found her love for cooking because of two things. First, being raised by a very Italian family, who heavily treasured Sunday dinners at grandmas. Second being due to having extensive allergies, resulting in her having to learn to cook in a completely different style than how she was raised. Taylor studied a strictly vegan/vegetarian and gluten free culinary course in South Florida. Through her studies she has found her love for learning to heal through food. Finding ways to eat well rounded and delicious meals that leave you feeling great after.
