Sarah Yeager

Sarah Yeager

Sarah Yeager (she / her)is a botanical perfumer and sensory artist whose work centers around the idea that fragrance is a true art form—just as evocative and expressive as music, painting, or dance. With a deep focus on natural extraction methods, including the rare and romantic enfleurage process, Sarah creates perfumes that honor the raw beauty of plants and the powerful emotional connections scent can evoke.

Her journey into fragrance began in childhood, where a heightened sensitivity to scent sparked a lifelong fascination with how smell shapes memory, emotion, and experience. With early training in the culinary arts, Sarah’s deep love of flavor and aroma led her to design custom fragrances for her wedding party—an experience that ultimately launched her into the world of perfumery.

She has studied with the prestigious international perfumery school ISIPCA in France and is the founder of B loom Lab Perfumerie, a creative fragrance atelier where she shares her passion for botanical perfumery with her community. Prior to this, Sarah built a diverse career in business operations, scaling Vermont-based companies globally and applying her culinary “mise en place” mindset to the corporate world.

After a 7-year tenure at an industrial PC manufacturer—witnessing firsthand how advancing technology continues to dull our uniquely human senses—she returned to her creative roots, blending art, science, and nature through the uniquely human medium of scent.
