Hello! I’m Chef Kelly Fahey. I have been in the foodservice and hospitality industry for 17 years. As a teenager, my first job was in a restaurant. When I graduated high school I decided to go to Rhode Island and persue my culinary career at Johnson and Wales University. Over the course of my career I have learned that knowing where your food is grown and raised is so important. I have a passion for cooking with farm fresh whole ingredients, giving my dishes that home style rustic flavor that make you feel like you are dining with family.
